Job summary

Required are 3–5 years in healthcare reimbursement or related areas, a bachelor’s degree, and experience with CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 and payer policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Admin, Finance, Business, or HIM preferred.
• 3–5 years of healthcare reimbursement, revenue integrity, or related experience.
• Experience with CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, CMS reimbursement methodologies, and payer policies.
• Knowledge of hospital revenue cycle processes and charge capture workflows.
• Proficiency with Epic reporting, Excel, SQL, dashboards, and data analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle to identify leakage risks and denial trends.
• Support compliant charge capture and reimbursement optimization across the health system.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, finance, and payer teams.
• Monitor and optimize charging, coding, documentation, and workflows.
