Mercy Medical Center is actively hiring a Revenue Integrity Specialist/Manager to support the hospital's revenue integrity program. The role involves identifying charge capture gaps, ensuring compliant billing, and addressing denial trends within Maryland's all-payer framework.

Collaborate with the Senior Director of Revenue Integrity and cross-functional teams to optimize revenue, deliver accurate billing, and drive process improvements in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in revenue integrity, revenue cycle, or health information management in an acute care hospital setting.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Working knowledge of ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, Epic charge and billing workflows, and hospital billing compliance.
• Familiarity with denial management processes and payer appeal requirements.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with billing data and identifying trends.

Responsibilities

• Identify, investigate, and resolve charge capture gaps and denial trends across clinical departments.

Responsibilities

The Revenue Integrity Specialist/Manager supports Mercy Medical Center's revenue integrity program by identifying, investigating, and resolving charge capture gaps, billing compliance issues, and denial trends across clinical departments.
