• Educates staff in other departments on billing requirements.
• Prepares and submits manual claims for non-electronic payers.
• Monitors error reports to identify trends and improve processes.
• Escalates delayed accounts and reports findings to supervisor.
• Participates in staff meetings and ongoing education.
• Identifies high-risk accounts and coordinates payment follow-ups.
• Investigates over/underpayments and communicates with payers.
• Ensures practices align with compliance and leadership.
