• Strong micro-computer skills; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue integrity from charge capture to final bill collection.
• Lead the revenue integrity team and ensure compliant operations.
• Develop and enforce revenue cycle policies and procedures.
• Monitor AR, aging, denials, and collections; drive process improvements.
• Lead projects related to Cerner implementation and optimization.
• Provide analytics and KPI reporting to leadership.
