Job summary

Leprino Foods Company in Denver seeks a Revenue Assurance Analyst (Deductions) to investigate and resolve customer deductions, protect revenue, and improve billing accuracy. You’ll collaborate across Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Credit, and other teams to reduce disputes and strengthen quote-to-cash processes.

The role offers a compensation range of $78,000 to $88,000 with a 5% annual target bonus, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in deductions management, customer dispute resolution, billing, or a related finance function.
• Experience investigating and resolving customer claims, deductions, chargebacks, or billing disputes.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis to investigate issues.
• Availability to travel as required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Investigate customer deductions by reviewing bills of lading, pricing confirmations, proof of delivery, and related records.
• Coordinate end-to-end resolution of customer deductions with timely disposition and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to validate deductions and recover revenue when appropriate.
• Process invoice corrections, credit/debit memos, and related adjustments per policy.
• Resolve aged, complex, and high-value deductions; escalate where needed.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking deduction activity and aging.
