Leprino Foods Company in Denver seeks an FP&A Analyst to strengthen growth, pricing, and financial performance across our Nutrition business. You will partner with Business Development and other teams to analyze opportunities, assess profitability, and provide insights for sound commercial decisions.

The role features a starting salary of $73,000–$81,000 with a 5% annual bonus and opportunities to influence how we plan and report across the organization. Travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 2+ years FP&A, commercial finance or business analysis experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, SAP and BI reporting tools.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting or contract analysis.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for collaboration and key meetings.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models evaluating customer opportunities for Leprino's Nutrition business.
• Partner with BD, Sales, and Operations on pricing, margin and contract decisions.
• Develop clear reports linking financial and operational data.
• Use BI tools to automate, test, and document reporting systems.
• Participate in month-end close ensuring statements are complete and timely.
• Create dashboards highlighting volume, margin and performance trends.
• Support budgeting and long-range planning by validating inputs.
• Analyze dairy economics, supply/demand trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to inform decisions.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
