Trinity Health is seeking a qualified Revenue Cycle Analyst to perform in-depth analyses of patient data to identify documentation, coding and denial prevention opportunities across sites. You will develop actionable plans and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to strengthen charge capture and compliance.

The role is split 50/50 between operations and supporting front-end eligibility and denials, with regular travel up to 25% within the region as needed to drive revenue integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years in billing, charge documentation, or revenue cycle.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Access, and BI tools.
• RHIA/RHIT/CCS/CPC/COC or similar credentials preferred.

Responsabilités

• Analyze patient clinical and billing data to identify denials.
• Develop action plans for denial prevention based on root causes.
• Collaborate with departments to improve charge capture and compliance.
• Conduct audits and report findings to leadership.
• Travel up to 25% between region locations.
