Job summary

Phyton Talent Advisors is seeking a Senior Manager for our FP&A team to own revenue budgeting and forecasting in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

The role requires partnering with sales and marketing leaders to deliver accurate monthly results, budgets, and forecasts, while driving ROI discussions, KPI tracking, and comp plan reviews. Hybrid role with in-office work in the Phoenix area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A leadership in a fast-growing company.
• Experience forecasting revenue for SaaS/recurring revenue models.
• Proven ability to partner with sales and marketing to drive budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and forecasting for revenue-related metrics.
• Partner with sales and marketing leadership to deliver monthly results with budgets.
• Discuss ROI, KPIs, comp plan review and forecasting.
• Lead system and process improvements around the budget process.
• Perform competitive analyses to inform planning.
