Job summary

A growing, private equity-backed organization is seeking a Vice President of FP&A to lead financial planning and strategic finance initiatives. This role partners with operations and the CFO, driving growth, budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Hybrid work arrangement in the Phoenix area (4 days onsite) with a base salary in the $220K–$230K range plus bonus and equity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Private equity-backed company experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to thrive in high-growth environments and influence decisions.
• Advanced budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as right hand to the CFO, providing strategic financial leadership.
• Scale the FP&A function and support executive decision-making across the business.
• Lead growth initiatives, operational improvements, and value-creation efforts.
• Build and develop a best-in-class FP&A team through cross-functional partnership.
