Pocket in San Francisco is seeking a Marketing Manager to act as a right hand to the Head of Marketing. This is not a coordination role—you are expected to own initiatives, move fast, and drive outcomes with minimal onboarding.

You’ll work across Meta, Google, Amazon, email, and SMS to identify what moves revenue and execute quickly. You’ll own revenue growth, fix funnel bottlenecks, launch landing pages, test offers, and collaborate closely with senior leaders.

Qualificações

• You have driven real revenue, not just managed campaigns.
• You understand paid media and how to scale it.
• Comfort across email, funnels, CRO, and performance marketing.
• Able to analyze data and identify what’s working quickly.
• Move fast and ship without overthinking.
• Take ownership and act without instructions.
• Can write or direct strong conversion-focused copy.

Responsabilidades

• Drive revenue across Meta, Google, Amazon, email, and SMS.
• Identify bottlenecks across the funnel and fix them.
• Launch and iterate on landing pages, funnels, and offers.
• Contribute to paid media performance through creative direction and testing.
• Own retention channels email and SMS as part of the system.
• Run A/B tests across channels and turn insights into action quickly.
• Build and manage a testing roadmap based on impact.
• Work directly with the Head of Marketing on strategy and execution.
• Report on revenue, efficiency, and what to do next.
