Job summary

Renewal by Andersen in Little Rock, Arkansas is seeking a Non-Traditional Marketing Manager to drive revenue by turning non-traditional marketing opportunities into qualified appointments. You will lead an appointment-setting team, coach them, and monitor performance while optimizing field execution and maintaining a high-energy culture.

You’ll manage KPIs, ROI, and relationships with retail partners and event organizers to ensure opportunities convert to sales.

Qualifications

• 2 years previous management experience in field marketing, sales, face-to-face lead generation, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple locations and priorities.
• Comfortable working with KPIs, performance reports and production data.

Responsibilities

• Lead & manage the appointment-setting team and set performance standards.
• Own appointment production, KPIs, and ROI across locations.
• Drive non-traditional marketing performance through events, retail, partnerships, and community activities.
• Recruit, train and retain high-potential appointment setters and ensure onboarding.
• Staffing and scheduling to cover evenings, weekends, and high-volume opportunities.
• Performance management and staff development with accountability for results.
• Collaborate with marketing leaders and sales leadership to execute opportunities.
