Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on paid media/buying experience
• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager
• TikTok Ads experience strongly preferred; Google Ads a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta
• Monitor daily performance, budgets, ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and CVR
• Scale winning campaigns while identifying underperforming ones
• Build, launch, test, and optimize new campaigns/audiences
• Conduct ongoing audience, creative, placement, and offer testing
• Identify ads and messaging that are performing
• Provide feedback on creative concepts, hooks, angles, and ad performance
• Create regular performance reports for leadership
• Continuously test new strategies, platforms, audiences, and creative approaches
