Job summary

Clera, a fast-growing performance-focused agency, is seeking a Senior Media Buyer to own paid social campaigns for direct-to-consumer brands. You will manage six to seven figures in monthly ad spend and drive profitable growth across Meta, TikTok, and beyond.

You will launch, optimize, and scale campaigns, hit ROAS targets, test creatives and audiences, and present clear updates to clients. On-site in the United States, visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on paid social media buying experience, with agency background strongly preferred.
• Proven track record managing $500K+ in monthly ad spend and hitting aggressive performance targets.
• Strong command of ROAS, CAC, LTV, and other metrics that drive business results.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and scale paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels.
• Hit ROAS targets, lower CPAs, and drive month-over-month profitable growth across your client portfolio.
• Build and execute systematic testing roadmaps covering creative angles, audiences, placements, and offers.
• Analyze performance data daily and act on insights through budget shifts, creative swaps, and bid adjustments.
• Manage campaign budgets ranging from $50K to $500K+ per month per client.
• Collaborate with creative teams to share feedback on what is working and what to test next.
• Present clear performance updates and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Stay current on platform changes, algorithm updates, and paid social industry trends.
