Job summary

Premier seeks a Director of Advisory Services: Financial Transformation focusing on Revenue Cycle. Lead complex engagements, cultivate executive-level relationships, and drive measurable client outcomes across the Revenue Cycle Practice.

You will contribute to business growth, mentor consultants, and advance thought leadership while collaborating with senior healthcare leaders and cross-functional teams. Up to 25-75% travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of healthcare consulting or revenue cycle leadership.
• Experience leading large, complex engagements and influencing executives.
• Ability to drive client outcomes and develop executive relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA/related master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client delivery with executive leadership and oversee engagement success.
• Drive business development, pursuit activities, and account growth.
• Develop practice through thought leadership and new methodologies.
