Job summary

Inovalon is seeking a Training Specialist to design, plan, and deliver training programs for clients and partners. The role focuses on creating engaging content, managing training materials, and delivering both synchronous and asynchronous sessions for Revenue Cycle Management applications.

The candidate will edit training videos, upload content to the LMS, and collaborate with the sales team to refine learning solutions while ensuring HIPAA and company policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ learning and development experience.
• Ability to create/adapt training materials to reflect policy and procedure changes.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio).
• Intermediate skill with authoring tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate Storyline and Camtasia Studio.
• Skilled user of CRM applications such as Salesforce.
• Excellent verbal and written customer service skills with problem-solving ability.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and prioritization.
• Experience with SaaS support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for clients and partners using various delivery methods.
• Create effective training materials including user guides and job aids.
• Oversee updates to materials and reference guides.
• Deliver training for Revenue Cycle Management applications, including end-to-end and new release training.
• Facilitate training sessions of varying sizes using appropriate methodologies.
• Provide feedback to management on learner progress.
• Use metrics from assessments and surveys to improve programs.
• Record and upload training content to the LMS.
