Job summary

McLaren Health Care Corp is seeking a Revenue Cycle Training Specialist in Michigan with responsibilities spanning Cerner Millennium and Experian training, curriculum design, and LMS administration. The role involves collaboration with CBS and clinical services, plus travel to hospital sites and partial remote work.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least one year of training, revenue cycle, or project management experience, including virtual instruction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as specified or related field.
• One year of experience in writing, editing, and content development for professional audiences.
• One year of training, revenue cycle, and/or project management experience.
• One year of experience in virtual training (Teams) and instructor-led training.

Responsibilities

• Provide Cerner Millennium and Experian training including workflows for designated areas.
• Create learning resources: job aids, guides, workshops, e-learning, curricula.
• Collaborate with departments to standardize training materials across the organization.
• Develop Super User training and validate new workflows with stakeholders.
• Deliver coaching and performance improvement strategies to underperforming staff.
• Conduct needs assessments and coordinate training delivery methods and scheduling.
• Manage course logistics: scheduling, enrollments, completions, LMS grading.
• Monitor training trends and update curricula for continuous improvement.
• Implement consistent training methods and materials aligned with goals.
