Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a System Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and optimize Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) workflows and system processes in our practice management environment. You will act as SME for RCM, monitor daily and monthly routines, and ensure timely claim generation and patient statements.

You will work with management to add providers/locations, maintain plan code mappings, support month-end close, and participate in vendor system reviews.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert for RCM systems and workflows.
• Monitors daily and monthly automated processes in the RCM systems.
• Resolves system tasks created by the RCM team.
• Runs processes to generate claims or patient statements.
• Adds new providers and locations as requested by management.
• Maintains plan code mapping and updates payer IDs as necessary.
• Assists with end-of-month close in the practice management system.
• Participates in monthly system calls with practice management vendors.
• Modifies rules in the rules engines and practice management systems.
• Builds rules to improve workflow efficiency in the RCM systems.
• Contributes to development of new RCM systems or workflow changes.
