Qualifications

• Excellent negotiation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using computer and Microsoft tools; valid driver's license in legal name.
• Minimum 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Serves as SME for revenue cycle EHR systems, clearinghouse, and contracting platforms.
• Maintains payor code rules, fee schedules, and payer rate structures for accuracy.
• Collaborates with IT, Finance, and Operations to align data definitions and reporting.
• Assists with user training, testing, and implementation to improve adoption and accuracy.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and supports integration projects.
• Completes system maintenance such as automation manager, batch service, duplicates, and voids.
• Maintains knowledge of state and payer regulations and contract terms.
• Partners with RCM leadership and cross-functional teams; monitors compliance.
