Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System seeks a Revenue Cycle System Analyst II to provide end-to-end system support for revenue cycle applications. The role requires strong analytical abilities, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, clinical and finance teams to optimize workflows.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IT application experience, familiarity with Epic modules, and a track record of delivering reliable system solutions with minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; heavy IT/operations experience possible in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 5 years IT application or related operational experience.
• Experience with professional billing, claims and charging is required.
• Experience with Revenue Cycle, Claims or Coding is a plus; Community Connect know-how is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide system-level support for revenue cycle applications, including installation, configuration, maintenance, training, reporting and production support.
• Lead small projects with leadership support; collaborate with ITS and vendor resources.
• Develop training materials and participate in user education sessions when appropriate.
• Collaborate with departments to gather requirements and translate needs into system configuration and workflows.
• Coordinate planning, design, development, testing, implementation and evaluation of system changes.
