Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a skilled supervisor to manage billing and collections for physician practices in the Deer Valley/ Phoenix area. You will oversee daily revenue cycle operations, ensure adherence to policies and regulatory standards, and drive timely, accurate posting and reconciliations across all lines of business.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive physician billing experience, and the ability to coach teams to meet productivity and quality goals within a reputable health

Qualifications

• 5 years multi-specialty physician billing and collections experience or front office experience in a medical practice.
• 3 years experience in central billing office or physician office setting preferred.
• Experience supervising a team within a revenue cycle environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises personnel in billing and collections for physician practices.
• Monitors productivity and quality guidelines for billing activities.
• Plan, organize and supervise daily operations of insurance and self-pay billing and collections.
• Lead payment posting and account reconciliation teams across lines of business.
• Provide feedback to clinics on revenue cycle concerns and resolve complex issues.
