• Build and maintain relationships with departments to resolve patient inquiries.
• Provide oversight to ensure day-to-day functionality aligns with revenue cycle best practices.
• Manage and lead teams, coordinating efforts to meet deadlines and goals.
• Work independently and collaboratively to drive change and improve processes within the CBO.
