Stanford Health Care seeks a Program Manager for Revenue Cycle initiatives, reporting to the Director of Strategic Initiatives. You will lead a portfolio of projects to optimize the financial health of SHC, coordinating with stakeholders across the organization and delivering executive-level presentations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years of experience, and strong program management, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, and Excel-based analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a work-related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible and related experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Familiarity with Lean, project management, and/or Six Sigma principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Provides program leadership for large strategic and cross-functional initiatives by defining scope, engaging stakeholders, and managing timelines.
• Builds relationships across the organization and collaborates with staff, management, and senior leadership on project work.
• Guides Revenue Cycle leadership in identifying program initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
• Drives committee discussions, organizes projects to support committee aims, and develops executive-level presentations.
• Delivers status updates to senior leadership and communicates program progress to diverse audiences.
• Performs financial and operational data analysis to support objectives.
• Serves as Revenue Cycle methodology expert and mentors others on best practices.
• Provides guidance on performance improvement and strategic planning for Revenue Cycle.
