Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in revenue cycle management or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities to influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of end-to-end or co-managed revenue cycle engagements.
• Communicate performance updates to key client leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Support initiatives to improve KLAS and NPS scores.
• Collaborate with service delivery and operations teams to align objectives.
• Develop remediation plans for identified risks and monitor progress.
• Assist leaders with daily operational decisions at assigned hospitals.
• Support projects that improve operational performance metrics.
• Translate day-to-day insights into best practices and scalable templates.
• Develop standardized analysis and client presentation templates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
