Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical expert in a specific profession and as a resource to agency leadership in the area of expertise.
• Lead team discussions and assist in leading meetings; develop goals and implementation plans.
• Conduct research on critical, confidential, or sensitive matters and prepare reports with findings and recommendations.
• Develop internal program policies and procedures and establish standards and objectives for service delivery.
• Evaluate processes and propose improvements to procedures, operations, and interdepartmental workflow.
