Job summary

MUSC Community Physicians (MCP) seeks a first-level manager to oversee department sections and lead two or more professionals and support staff. You will coordinate strategic planning, project management, budgeting, oversight, and financial operations to support clinical and administrative goals.

Experience includes 6 years progressive work experience with 1 year in a management role, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a focus on team well-being and operational efficiency within a health

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 6 years progressive work experience and 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• First-level management oversees one or multiple sections of a department and guides two or more professionals and staff.
• Coordinate the business aspects of the department including strategy, project management, budgeting, oversight, and financial operations.
