• Epic Certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical expert and resource to agency leadership in the area of expertise.
• Lead team members and assist in leading meeting discussions.
• Develop goals and objectives and implement plans for completion and/or implementation.
• Ensure development in work methods, research techniques, and understanding of regulations.
• Prepare reports and advise management on findings and recommendations.
• Develop internal program policies and procedures and establish strategic standards and objectives.
