• Performs Billing follow-up by contacting payers or using payer portals to determine payment expectations and resolve issues.
• Communicates with payers, vendors and staff to expedite payment and resolve inquiries.
• Manages denial receivable and develops strategies for appeals and reprocessing.
• Analyzes denials to determine root causes and reports trends to management.
• Ensures contract management and compliance across payer activities.
