Qualifications

• Lead back-end revenue cycle activities including denials and A/R follow-up.
• Analyze root causes of denials and suggest process improvements.
• Prepare corrected claims and appeals as needed.
• Monitor aging and prioritize follow-up by payer requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical, IT, credentialing and billing teams to resolve issues.
