Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Revenue Cycle Management.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.
• Familiarity with Brightree EHR or similar systems.
• Understanding of payer guidelines and claims processing.
• Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
• Strong communication skills to explain audits to payers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Process and submit insurance claims with accurate coding.
• Review accounts and resolve discrepancies in balances.
• Analyze denied claims and follow up with documentation.
• Monitor accounts receivable and address repetitive denials.
• Coordinate with providers for documentation and authorizations.
• Explain bills to patients and arrange payment plans.
• Prepare reports on KPI like denial rates and time to payment.
• Assist with QA and contribute to process improvements.
