Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and submit insurance claims to payers with accurate coding.
• Review patient accounts and update billing information.
• Analyze denied claims and appeal with documentation.
• Follow up on accounts receivable to reduce denial rates.
• Engage with patients to explain bills and set up payment plans.
• Train and support Revenue Cycle team members.
