Job summary

CGA Holdings in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Billing Specialist to support revenue cycle operations for our registry division. You will ensure accurate billing, process payments, and manage accounts, while upholding Florida compliance and internal policies.

Reporting to the Revenue Cycle Manager, this role collaborates with multiple teams to resolve discrepancies, process refunds, and prepare payroll extracts for Paychex.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of progressive leadership experience in billing
• Working knowledge of health care billing and compliance processes
• Demonstrated ability to support client retention by ensuring accurate billing and timely issue resolution
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing and insurance workflows for clients.
• Input payer data and verify before billing.
• Post payments and track reconciliations.
• Process refunds and adjust invoices per policy.
• Run monthly close and unbilled revenue reconciliations.
• Prepare annual audit documentation and client reports.
• Collaborate with staff across departments for accuracy.
• Maintain organized AR folders and 1099 docs.
