Pinnaql, Inc. is partnering with an established healthcare revenue cycle management company to hire a Revenue Cycle Service Manager (RCSM). This remote, US-based role places you as the primary contact for day-to-day issue resolution and client relationship management.

You will monitor KPI performance, drive process improvements, coordinate with vendors and client teams, and lead proactive service delivery initiatives while supporting client satisfaction and retention.

Pinnaql is partnering with an established healthcare revenue cycle management company to hire a Revenue Cycle Service Manager. Our client provides comprehensive revenue cycle management and consulting services to healthcare organizations, helping clients improve financial performance, optimize processes, and navigate the evolving healthcare reimbursement landscape.

We are seeking an experienced revenue cycle professional who combines strong operational knowledge with a client-focused, consultative approach. This is a remote opportunity and can be based anywhere in the United States, and should be flexible to travel to client sites based on business needs.

Description

The Revenue Cycle Service Manager (RCSM) is a client-facing role and the primary point of contact for day-to-day issue resolution and escalation. The RCSM communicates with the company-assigned team and client contacts through email, calls, and meetings to address real-time claim-level challenges and escalated issues.

Acting as a proactive subject matter expert, the RCSM drives quality and performance integrity while supporting the Client Relationship Manager and third-party vendor as a key member of the service delivery team. The RCSM coordinates client meetings as needed, maintains agendas and meeting notes when required, and participates in internal client calls with the company and vendor. The role also provides guidance to the vendor regarding client communication, policies, and protocols.

The RCSM manages day-to-day issue resolution and escalates larger challenges to the client team in accordance with established escalation processes. Using client data, performance results, and KPIs, the RCSM monitors performance, drives proactive communication and KPI improvement, identifies and understands client-level KPI outliers, and supports client satisfaction and retention. The RCSM also serves as a subject matter resource for client and company KPIs and leadership objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

Client Relationship

Communicate with clients through email, calls, and virtual and in-person meetings.

Address real-time, daily claim-level challenges.

Address escalated day-to-day client issues.

Escalate larger client issues according to the established escalation process.

Schedule and manage external client meetings.

Maintain client meeting agendas and notes and manage assigned tasks through completion.

Hold the vendor partner accountable for timely client responses via electronic communication.

Identify innovative solutions and new revenue opportunities that support clients’ overall goals.

Client Performance

Monitor the Daily Tracker for all assigned clients.

Monitor results of all action plans.

Partner with the Client Relationship Manager to drive client behavioral changes necessary to improve performance.

Initiate At-Risk Accounts as appropriate.

Monitor results of Red Flag Action Plans.

Provide guidance to the vendor regarding client communication, policies, and protocols.

Ensure identified client issues are addressed and resolved accurately and in a timely manner.

Complete ticket assignments promptly and initiate tickets for identified issues.

Create client policies as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience with all facets of client communication, including email, proposals, telephone calls, and virtual and in-person meetings.

Demonstrated commitment to excellent service for both internal and external clients.

Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives, leading teams, and achieving high-performance results.

Experience working as part of an account team focused on revenue and margin growth, client satisfaction, and client retention.

Experience monitoring and analyzing account performance.

Background in physician revenue cycle management and practice management.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Knowledge of third-party billing and claims processing procedures.

Strong work ethic.
