  • Analyze and research payment discrepancies, update and reconcile adjustments as necessary, and determine appropriate actions.
  • Maintain understanding of various third-party insurance carriers and regulatory requirements related to payments.
  • Review correspondence and expedite resolution of receivables while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and adhere to department policies and timelines.
