• Makes recommendations and provides input related to hiring, terminations, performance evaluations
• Informs staff of changes in policies, procedures, processes, systems, and regulatory laws and requirements
• Gathers department metrics and prepares reports for management review
• Assist in leading, developing and mentoring of staff
