Responsibilities

• Assist with designing, planning, and implementing billing procedures and systems.

• Promote program growth and scalability to support organizational expansion.
• Handle claim processing including payments, adjustments, refunds, denials, and outstanding balances.
• Serve as point of contact between insurance providers, third-party payers, and administrative staff.
• Evaluate financial data to detect, reconcile, and resolve trends affecting reimbursements.
• Conduct comprehensive account audits and manage additional related duties.
