Vanderbilt Health seeks a Revenue Cycle Billing Coordinator to optimize billing and reimbursement operations for a large health system with eight hospitals and 180 clinics. You’ll design procedures, oversee program development, and drive improvements across revenue cycle activities.

Responsibilities include designing systems, training staff, analyzing financial data, and coordinating with insurers and staff to ensure accurate reimbursements and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue cycle or medical billing and posting.
• Strong problem-solving and process-improvement skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to present results to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of healthcare billing regulatory requirements.
• Attention to detail and data-driven analysis.

Responsabilités

• Assist designing, planning, and implementing billing procedures and systems.
• Provide training and guidance to staff involved in billing and revenue cycle.

• Handle claim processing, payments, adjustments, denials, and balances.
• Serve as liaison between providers, payers, and administrative staff.
