Job summary

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on revenue cycle work in healthcare: billing, coding, denials, payment posting, AR follow-up, or payer contract analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client engagements inside RCM Delivery, covering claims, denials, payments, and reconciliation.
• Escalate issues to the Chief RCM Officer to ensure resolution and knowledge growth.
• Translate engagement findings into actionable insights that feed product development.
