Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Greater New York (PPGNY) seeks a Senior Revenue Cycle Operations and Optimization leader to support the VP in managing billing optimization, third-party relationships, and EPIC hosting. You will help improve reimbursement, monitor compliance, and drive performance.

This role requires oversight of denials, CPT/HCPCS updates, and collaboration with clinical, finance, IT, and payer stakeholders to strengthen revenue integrity and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business administration, accounting, healthcare administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in billing, coding, denial management and underpayment analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Two years’ experience with EPIC Reporting (Slicer/Dicer or Clarity).

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle trends to prevent denials and maximize cash collections.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective action plans to improve performance.
• Develop and manage work plans for corrections, reimbursements, appeals, and workflow improvements; collaborate with Epic services and IT for automation.
• Collaborate with third party RCM vendor to implement process changes.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to changes to improve revenue performance.
