Responsibilities

• Lead projects to enhance cash flow and improve operational quality.
• Serve on Billing Office leadership, overseeing revenue cycle leaders.
• Develop project plans, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with practice managers, revenue cycle staff, vendors, IT.
• Monitor AR, reports, and open balances to ensure timely collections.
• Train staff on procedures, policies, and compliance standards.
• Supervise billing employees, assign priorities, evaluate performance.
• Review claims and explain complex issues not covered by standard practices.
• Provide guidance on coding and reimbursement policies to minimize denials.
• Identify denial trends and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure timely billing submission, collection, and follow-up with vendors.
• Analyze denial data to focus improvement initiatives.
