Job summary

Tegria is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst in Minnesota to assess revenue cycle integrity, identify systemic issues, and design solutions. You will analyze billing data, create non-standard reports, and train staff on the MEDITECH Accounts Receivable module.

Collaborative work with hospital staff and ongoing process improvements are central to the role. You will contribute to root-cause analyses, support billing optimization, and participate in special projects while staying current on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2+ years revenue cycle analysis or related experience.
• Solid knowledge of third-party billing requirements and HIPAA 837/835 language.
• Experience mentoring less experienced team members.

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer revenue cycle assessments and design improvement solutions.
• Research root causes of initiatives that impede timely billing and reimbursement.
• Collaborate with customer Revenue Cycle departments to communicate findings and implement improvements.
• Analyze billing data and perform trend analysis to improve billing.
• Create training documentation and provide training on the MEDITECH AR module and third-party vendors.
• Assist in processing and troubleshooting medical claims to third-party carriers.
• Keep updated on billing and benefits changes for third-party carriers.
