Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years hospital revenue cycle experience and supervisory experience desired.
• Experience leading denials management and payor escalation processes.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with trend analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AR and revenue cycle operations for Wellstar hospitals.
• Lead regular revenue cycle performance reviews and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors, clinical and administrative leaders to resolve denials and improve cash flow.
• Develop continuous improvement strategies for payor and denial management.
• Provide leadership to ensure timely reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
