Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in hospital healthcare; claims processing management, collections or other management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable and revenue cycle operations for Wellstar hospitals.
• Lead monthly Revenue Cycle meetings and drive process improvements.
• Monitor DNFB, AR aging, denials trends, and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with vendors, PAS, Coding and Compliance to resolve issues.
