Integrated Complex Care Associates (ICC) is building its billing function in California and seeks a remote, full-time Billing Specialist with Medicare Part B expertise. You will enroll physicians, manage PECOS/NPPES updates, and review Medicare claims via the Stedi portal from California-based remote work hours.

Occasional travel within the state may be required. The candidate must have 5+ years of Part B billing experience for physician groups and hold an active CPC/CPB/CCS-P credential.

• Own billing, provider enrollment, and billing compliance for a new physician group.
• Be the main billing contact for physician offices and patients.
• Work under the direction of ICC's physician leadership.

What you'll do:

• Perform coding quality audits and work denials, appeals, and overpayment returns.

Location and logistics:

• Remote within California, Pacific time business hours.
• Occasional travel to physician offices around the state.
• Full-time, exempt position with base salary of $95,000+.
