Job summary

Integrated Complex Care ICC is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead billing, enrollment, and compliance for California-based physician groups. You will ensure claims flow, maintain enrollments, and support physicians with billing questions.

The role requires extensive Medicare Part B billing experience, PECOS/855I/855B proficiency, and a CPC/CPB/CCS-P credential (CRC preferred). Remote work within California with occasional travel support ICC’s complex care model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Medicare Part B professional billing for physician groups, including denials and appeals.
• Hands-on Medicare provider enrollment experience (PECOS, 855I/855B).
• Current coding credential: CPC/CPB (AAPC) or CCS-P (AHIMA). CRC preferred.
• Familiarity with ICD-10-CM, CPT/HCPCS, modifiers, and HCC documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own provider enrollment tasks for ICC and manage 855I reassignments, 855B enrollments, and PECOS updates.
• Set up physician offices to submit claims through ICC's payer ID and ensure first claims flow.
• Maintain accurate physician rosters as physicians join/leave and determine who is paid.
• Serve as main billing contact for physicians' offices and address submission issues promptly.
• Explain payment reports to physicians and link ICC payments to practice billing.
• Review each claim before submission to Medicare, verify codes, and release or correct as needed.
• Post and reconcile Medicare remittances (835s), manage denials, corrections, and appeals.
• Explain claims and remittance details to patients and respond to billing questions.
• Screen monthly for OIG/SAM exclusions; maintain billing policies and audit reports.
• Support HIPAA-compliant handling of EMRs and patient data.
