Job summary

Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled, pediatrician-led medical group reimagining care for children with special health care needs. It offers 24/7 virtual-first and in-home care, backed by innovation and compassion.

We are seeking a certified coder/biller to submit clean claims, resolve denials, and ensure accurate billing across patient encounters. Ideal candidates hold CPC certification, 3–5 years of pediatrics billing experience, and proficiency with Athena EMR and Excel.

• Proficiency with Athena EMR and Microsoft Excel; deep understanding of payer rules

Responsibilities

• Submit clean, timely claims with accurate CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 codes, and modifiers
• Track and resolve denials, rejections, and underpayments with appropriate follow-up
• Validate eligibility, authorization, and billing pathways for all patient encounters

What You Bring:
