University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS, seeks a Manager Rev Cycle for Patient Access across Adult/Peds ER services. Focus on developing and managing workflows across billing, follow-up, collections, cash posting, and customer service, in collaboration with senior management.

Role requires leadership and deep revenue cycle knowledge. You will monitor KPIs, stay current with billing regulations, mentor staff, and address patient inquiries about balances and insurance.

Qualifications

• Degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) and four (4) years of revenue experience including one (1) year of leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop and design workflows to optimize billing, collections, follow-up, cash posting, and customer service for staff.
• Design workflows to improve productivity and maximize cash flow.
• Set revenue cycle goals and plans to achieve them.
• Lead staff to excel in revenue cycle performance and coordinate with other managers.
• Ensure operations align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee hiring, training, and daily workflow with productivity monitoring.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
