Job summary

Woodlands Primary Healthcare is a family medicine practice serving The Woodlands and Katy, TX. We seek an experienced revenue cycle professional to own the Katy clinic’s full revenue cycle, overseeing front desk staff and patient experience.

You will identify leakage, improve collections, and monitor denials using eClinicalWorks and TriZetto. The role includes supervising billing staff, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and collaborating with leadership to maximize revenue and productivity.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years as a revenue cycle specialist or medical biller, plus front desk/administrative experience.
• Proven expertise in denial management, A/R follow-up, appeals, and payment posting.
• Supervisory or practice management experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• High school diploma required; degree in healthcare administration a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk: check-in/out, scheduling, phones, insurance verification, prior authorizations.
• Supervise, train, and schedule front desk and billing staff.
• Ensure HIPAA and payer compliance.
• Resolve escalated billing, coding, and patient account issues.
