Qualifications

• GED or High school diploma preferred; some college preferred.
• Travel is required; valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance are required.
• Two years of management experience in clinic setting, required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Word and PowerPoint in particular.
• Team oriented and able to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Clinic Support
• Schedules routine site visits to support RMF revenue cycle issues.
• Educates staff on revenue cycle workflow and best practices.
• Acts as liaison between practices and Revenue Cycle leadership to resolve claim workflows.
• Performs training in Revenue Cycle processes for new and existing staff.
• Keeps stakeholders informed on trends impacting revenue cycle outcomes.
• Documents site visits and findings for RMF Administration.
• Maintains monthly audit checklist for each office.
