Qualifications

• Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance billing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and coordinates Revenue Cycle functions to meet accreditation standards.
• Supervises Revenue Cycle staff and ensures compliant billing practices.
• Oversees billing, claims follow-up, collections and AR processes.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance across patient data.
• Interacts with insurers, patients, and internal departments to resolve billing issues.
• Prepares reports and analyses for leadership and improvement initiatives.
