Job summary

Impact Advisors, LLC is a nationally recognized healthcare management consulting firm delivering Best in KLAS advisory, implementation, and optimization services. We seek a Healthcare Technology Implementation Consultant to drive healthcare transformation through technology improvement projects, collaborating with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders, and leading client-facing materials and roadmaps.

Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Anticipated Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferred majors: Information Systems, Technology, Business (general).
• Expected Graduation: May 2027.

Responsibilities

• Advise healthcare organizations on strategic technology initiatives, including system selection, implementation planning, and digital transformation efforts
• Collaborate with client stakeholders—clinical, operational, and IT to assess current-state workflows and identify opportunities for technology-enabled improvements
• Develop and deliver client-facing materials such as strategic roadmaps, implementation plans, business cases, and performance dashboards
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement through interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather requirements, validate findings, and align on solutions
• Lead or support project management activities including timeline development, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and status reporting to clients and internal leadership
• Contribute to the development and refinement of firm methodologies, tools, and best practices in healthcare IT advisory services
• Participate in business development efforts by supporting proposal creation, client presentations, and thought leadership initiatives
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth through feedback, mentorship, and ongoing education in healthcare IT trends and practices

At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $75,000 - $82,000. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.
